Refund policy
All in store and online purchases, except sale items and accessories, are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. If a full price item is put on sale after the date of purchase, the new sale price will be honored for the refund. No sale items are eligible for return or exchange. No accessories including hats, glasses, wallets, belts, and watches are eligible for return or exchange.
All returns and exchanges must be returned new, unworn, and with original tags and labels still attached. In addition, shoes must be returned new, unworn in their original, undamaged shoe box. Any items that are not in sellable condition, or returned after the 15 day return period, will be returned to the sender at senders expense, and without a refund.
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment minus applicable shipping fees. If the original form of payment is no longer valid we will offer store credit less shipping cost for the items returned.
